1. What DeFi Farms Co-Op Is

DeFi Farms Co-Op ("DFC," "we," "us") is a marketplace that connects food producers, consumers, and workers directly. Users may purchase farm products, pre-purchase future harvests or livestock, earn food value through labor, or gift and donate food credits.

DFC is not a grocery store, not a farm, and not a financial institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to use DFC. Producers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

3. Marketplace Rules

Producers set pricing, availability, pickup or shipping options, and expiration policies. DFC facilitates transactions but does not take ownership of food products.

4. Payments & Credits

DFC supports:

• Credit and debit cards
• USDC digital currency
• Farm Credit Balance earned through labor

5. Refunds & Expiration

Refund eligibility and expiration outcomes are defined at listing creation and disclosed before purchase. Possible outcomes include partial refund, donation, or producer reclaim.

6. Labor Participation

Labor opportunities are offered by producers. Workers are not employees of DFC. Producers verify work and compensation is issued as Farm Credit Balance.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, speculative trading, or illegal activity.

8. No Financial Advice

DFC does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Food Credits are not designed for appreciation or profit.

9. Limitation of Liability

DFC is not responsible for food quality, delivery failures, producer actions, or injuries related to farm activities.

10. Service Changes

DFC may update features or policies. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
